Refund / Return Policy:
JewelryClub.in offers a 3 days Replacement guarantee for all products sold on jewelryclub.in products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, or damages due to transportation. Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 3 days from the date of delivery, and our courier partners will pick up the product from your location and ship the product back to us for free replacement. In case we do not have the same product in stock, we reserve the right to offer an alternate product. To get a replacement, email us your order number and the reason for returning to mail at email@example.com. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. we shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation. there are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items only in case of a manufacturing defect, or damage due to transportation. Refund will be provided: 1. If the order is cancelled before it is shipped. ( except 4% bank charges for orders where payment mode is online ). 2. If products ordered are missing in the received parcel. 3. if customer has received defective product. Refund will not be provided: 1. If customer has ordered incorrect product or size. 2. If customer wants to cancel the order after it is shipped. 3. If the product is used or tampered. The refund police is not applicable for any consumable item which has applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Refund Mode and Duration: For prepaid orders: Refund will be made to the buyer’s originally used bank account for purchase from our website. Please allow us 7-10 Business days to refund the amount to your bank account. For COD orders: Refund for orders by COD will be made to the buyer’s bank account. Please allow us 7-10 Business days to refund the amount to your bank account with the refund. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of your order can be done before it is shipped and without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges levied on your order if the mode of payment is online. After placing an order, customer can cancel the order only if the order is “processing” under order Status. In case we receive a cancellation request after your order is dispatched by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Jewelry club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any others reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. the 100% payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by jewelry club for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.
